Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing access to or using New2UK (the "site"). By completing a purchase or accessing any premium content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

What You Are Purchasing

By making a one-off payment for premium access, you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and read the articles, guides, and resources made available in the members' area (the "content") for your own private, personal use only.

You are not purchasing ownership of the content, nor any intellectual property rights in it. This licence applies solely to you as the named purchaser and may not be shared, assigned, or transferred in any way.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All Content on this site — including but not limited to articles, guides, written resources, images, layouts, design elements, and any other materials — is our original work and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We retain full ownership of all rights in the Content at all times.

No Reproduction

You must not, without our prior written consent:

  • Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or extract any content in whole or in part

  • Download, print, or save content beyond what is necessary to read it on screen for your own personal use

  • Screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise capture content in a form that could be stored, shared, or republished

  • Use any automated tool, scraper, bot, or script to access, extract, or copy content

  • Incorporate any content into your own work, publication, website, newsletter, social media, or any other medium

  • Translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the content

Quotation

You may quote brief extracts of content (no more than 50 words per piece) for the purposes of review, commentary, or criticism, provided that you credit the source clearly with a link back to the Site and do not misrepresent the original meaning.

Prohibited Uses — Redistribution

This section is fundamental to these Terms and we take breaches of it seriously.

You must not:

  • Share, distribute, post, publish, or otherwise make any Content available to any third party, whether for free or for payment

  • Upload any Content to any platform, file-sharing service, messaging group, forum, social media account, or website

  • Forward, reproduce, or email Content to others

  • Share your account login credentials with any other person for any reason

  • Allow any other person to access the members' area through your account

  • Create, sell, or distribute unauthorised summaries, transcripts, or reproductions of the Content

  • Use the Content as training data for artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models

Your Account

Access to the content is tied to the account created at the point of purchase. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

One Account Per Purchase

Each purchase entitles one named individual to access. Accounts may not be shared between multiple people, nor may a single purchase be used to provide access to a team, organisation, or group.Payment

One-Off Fee

Access is granted upon receipt of a single payment at the price displayed at the time of purchase (inclusive of applicable taxes). No recurring charges apply.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Content and the immediate access granted upon payment, we do not offer refunds once access has been provided, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. For more information see our Refund Policy.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the purchase price for new customers at any time. Your one-off payment grants access at the price paid; you will not be charged again.

Enforcement and Termination

Termination for Breach

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately, without notice or refund, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any provision of these Terms, in particular those relating to intellectual property and redistribution.

Monitoring

We may, where technically feasible, monitor access to the Content to detect unusual patterns that may indicate account sharing or unauthorised distribution. We do not use this information for any purpose other than enforcing these Terms.

Legal Action

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our Content constitutes copyright infringement and may also give rise to claims for breach of contract. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including seeking injunctions and damages, against individuals who redistribute our Content without permission.

The Site is hosted on Squarespace. Payments are processed by a payment processor, e.g. Stripe / PayPal. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing purchasers of material changes by email or via a notice on the site. Continued access to the content after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your access to and use of the Content, and supersede all prior agreements or representations.
